more hats

or beanies or skullies, or what have you. This was another very easy hat I made with a pattern from thnkdfrent.etsy.com. It worked up so quickly that I started to experiment with stripes. :)

This hat was a bit of an experiment on my own that turned out really nice. The stitches were tight and clean. This is also a gift for my friend Michelle's baby boy:

The red hat is made with a terrific variegated yarn from Malabrigo. I was amazed at how smooth it was with the hook. (The pattern is from jjcrochet.etsy.com.) For my daughter:

This hat with earflaps is a pattern from Debbie Stoller's book "Stitch 'n Bitch Crochet: The Happy Hooker". This was another tremendously easy pattern to follow and work up. For me:
